I rarely get to knit for men, mostly because there’s only one man I know who likes knitwear – my uncle. That status secures him a lifetime of knitwear, and myself a bit of a challenge. It has to be a colour or pattern he likes (gray or blue, with minimal embellishments), but also something that keeps me at least somewhat entertained. The Parabola Hat is just the right mixture. While it’s the most simple knit and purl, the design is just so clever. It’s also a perfect match for the Charcoal Scarf I made my uncle last year!
