Help! These sleeves suck 🙁

Guys, I need help.

Is there any easy way to make the sleeves smaller? I haaaaaaaaaaaate how huge the puffed sleeves are, but I don’t have the time to cut new, smaller sleeves. If anyone has any ideas, I’d be so grateful!

(Don’t mind the skirt hem, it’s not done yet. :P)

If you have another sleeve pattern that fits, I’d do an estimation/copy of the sleeve cap shape. This is indeed the trickiest part of changing sleeve design.

  1. Oh, gosh! They are rather Disney Princess! If I were you, I would take the time to re-cut them, as you need to use a smaller sleeve pattern overall, not just taking it in at the seams. But at a real push, I would unpick the lower half of the armhole seam only (the bottom ‘smile’), take it in loads, then re-set them in the armhole (measuring the stitch line of the sleeve head to ensure that it is the same as the armhole.)
