Striped Sweater: The problem with Knitting Stripes

Starterities is my downfall. Now that my enthusiasm about a new project (and stripes!) has died down, knitting progress has slowed down as well. Not even the stripes get me that excited anymore …

I’m still plotting along, but I’ve finished the bigger front and back pieces in less time than I’ve needed for the sleeves so far. As you can see below, I’m nearly done with the second sleeve. However, now the reality of the number of ends I’ll have to weave in has started to think in. This is not going to be fun!
